What was the highlight of Cami Gallery Barcelona

Comfortable stay in good location

Great location. Very comfortable beds. We were able to store our luggage before check in. Tea, coffee and cakes in the common space very much appreciated. Some other reviews noted noise from construction next door although this didn’t impact us as our room was located on the opposite side of the building

No reception so check in process a little clunky. Had to wait 45 minutes for housekeeping to allow us in. Housekeeping were lovely though and very helpful despite minimal English. No washing machine as stated on the booking.

Great location in the centre of Barcelona. The room was spacious and clean.

View from the room was of walls from other properties. The room we booked described City Views and this isn't what I expected.

Not Bad for the Excellent Location

They offered coffee, tea, and packaged pastries. The pastries were good. The location was excellent.

The old-fashioned elevator was lovely to look at but not too good to ride on - it was difficult to figure out. Construction work next door during the weekday was loud and distracting. And the night light in the bedroom was too high on the wall and too bright.

Perfect location , nice minimalistic room

Amazing location! Beautiful view from the bedroom. Comfortable bed. There’s a coffee machine in the main area and little individual cakes (although they expired a day early). The hostess was very nice. Gave us. Hey and we could come and go as we please. Our flight got delayed and it was okay to leave our suitcase in the office and when we came to get it we just left the key in the office.

Great stay in a beautiful and full of life and joy city

Cami Gallery is not your typical hotel-like accommodation. We've got room to sleep in a shared apartment that has a personality: minimalistic with a pre-modern era atmosphere, in an old building (beginning of the 20th century), and placing you in the historic city close to everything you want to visit (check the map). If you don't plan to spend time inside, this is perfect - you came to enjoy the city! However, the common living room and the veranda are pleasant and stylish. Overviewing the street is, sometimes, a guilty pleasure especially sipping your coffee or your favorite drink. Eventually, go down in the street and have dinner at the restaurants across the street.

Don't expect many amenities: the bedroom is pretty spartan in its emptiness (bed, night tables, hanger, a table for small items, and an armchair). The bathroom is small and separated from the toilet room - this can be a disadvantage for some, but they are not shared - use the space as you wish. The price may look high and it may vary according to the season. However, being in the historic center of the city comes at a price: what you pay for the room compensates for walking around and seeing a lot without paying too much. Some tourist attractions may still need public transportation. Avoid driving around with a rental car in the central area if you want to enjoy your time here: traffic is brutal (like a slow-moving parking lot)!

Great location, room a bit old and noisy.

Great location, we could walk almost everywhere and bus/ metro stops were all very close. Coffee machine and pods available for guests to enjoy.

Building a bit old, noisy and a tad humid. Staff is not always around, so need to arrange with them for check in.

Nothing specific. The room was slightly too small but the balcony made up for it!! Would take this airbnb again in a heartbeat

Good for a short stay in Barcelona

- great location! Very close to city centre of Barcelona but down a quiet side street. Good to get away from the busy streets - room was cleaned every day and felt very secure multiple doors to get through - great wifi

- paid extra for a balcony that was facing a construction site - no functioning elevator, 1 level to climb - not the easiest check in, owner is only around for certain periods so it was confusing to check in know where to go etc
